Halloween Fest less of a burden than previous events but more needs to be done!

Wilson Chowdhry travelled along Romford Road the morning after the Halloween Fest event at Hainault Park to gauge how bad the residual effects were. A petition that calls for a unified approach by Redbridge and Epping District Council in tackling the aftermath of events at Hainault Park has been created . Please sign our petition  (here) .   Although the litter and damage were much less than previous summer events his opinion is that this is because of the heavy downpour and cold weather that led to many of the event buses being virtually empty. We believe that the numbers of visitors were reduced and on-the-day ticket sales were also adversely affected.
